Also called the Chocolate Pudding Tree. The flesh is very smooth and velvety with a chocolate flavour. It can be used as an ingredient in deserts and chocolate cake.  The tree is easy to grow especially in warmer areas. Only a little fertiliser is required.

  • Grows 5 to 6m high, but can be kept trimmed to 2m.
  • Fruits after 2-3 years
  • Self pollinating but benefits from cross-pollination from another tree
