Grape ‘Red Globe’ (Vitis vinifera) is a well-known table grape variety, producing very large, round clusters of glossy red grapes with a firm, juicy texture. Unlike many modern types, it contains seeds, but its impressive size and sweet flavour make it a favourite for fresh eating and sharing at gatherings. A vigorous climber, it can grow 2–3 m when supported on a trellis, arbor, or pergola. Best grown in full sun with well-drained soil, it benefits from regular watering, fertilising, and pruning to encourage strong growth and high yields. Harvest typically occurs in late summer to autumn.
