The Galaxy Jackfruit is medium in size and even in shape. The arils are small to medium in size but large in number with a beautiful yellow colour. The Galaxy’s aril texture is crisp and the flavour excellent. This variety was a seedling selection made at Fitzroy Nursery in Rockhampton. When taste-tested, 99% of those who tasted it rated it as excellent.
