Produces large sweet fruits with the same texture of hard boiled egg yolk. Very nutritious.
Canistels are often added as a flavouring to sweet desserts, sweet custards. Also makes a delicious milk shakes by blending with milk.
Also called “Yellow Sapote” or “Canistel”.
