Eggplant 'Slim Jim'

Eggplant ‘Slim Jim’ is a compact, ornamental variety producing slender, glossy purple fruits. Growing 40–60 cm tall and 40 cm wide, it thrives in full sun with well-drained soil and regular watering. The striking purple stems and foliage make it as decorative as it is productive. Ideal for pots, garden beds, or small spaces, it produces abundant fruit through the warmer months. Harvest when fruits are firm and glossy for best flavour.
