Pitcher Plant ‘purpurea’ (Sarracenia) 100mm Pot

Pitcher Plant ‘Purpurea’ (Sarracenia purpurea) features low-growing, deep burgundy to green pitchers that hold water and trap insects naturally. Growing to approximately 15–30cm high and approximately 30–45cm wide, it forms a spreading, clumping plant ideal for pots, bog gardens, or water features. Best in full sun, it prefers consistently moist, acidic soil and tolerates cold conditions, including frost. Use rainwater or distilled water only and avoid fertilised soils. Suitable for temperate, subtropical, and cool climates with winter dormancy required.
