I love the range of plants that they have. They are shipped and delivered quickly and they are packed so well. I have had trouble getting nut trees but these guys have them in stock. The website is easy to use and there are many payment options. Will be using Laybird Nursery for more purchases

However, the courier used is a bit lacking. Got a message it was "out for delivery 6am" Wednesday. No delivery, no updates. Tracking information changed to "Out for delivery 8am" without notice on Friday. I called them and was assured it would definitely be delivered that day. Still no delivery. Eventually got the package Saturday afternoon after being paranoid the plants were going to be wilted by the time the courier got around to it.

Have recently purchased a Dwarf Mango and a Dwarf Lychee from Ladybird Nursery. Both arrived safely, and in good condition, within days of ordering online. Very happy with the service and looking forward to watching them grow.
One fault I found out on site dont state size of fruit trees online small fruit tree got great chance dying on you while bigger fruit tree more chance of living

Very happy with my purchase. Some plants were out of stock but I was contacted quickly and offered a replacement. They all arrived very quickly and were packaged well for travel.

The order took a week to arrive (and I only live 3hrs away) but that was due to hold ups with the delivery company.
I was worried the plants would be in poor condition on arrival but to my surprise they were fine with the exception of one.
I notified the nursery who were very helpful and offered to assist if it doesn’t bounce back soon.
Couldn’t ask for better servic and the packaging was very professional.

I purchased 3 trees on line. Two were in good condition. The third was dead. I had some communication with the nursery but they failed to answer my last email. I feel it would have been better to send two healthy plants. The plant was obviously in poor condition when it left the nursery. Very poor customer service.
